For first-timers, this includes preliminary work by email to establish and clarify your goals and questions; for everyone, it includes emails from you as you accomplish your goals and defeat any obstacles with new tools and skillful support, weekly emails from me throughout each month and a half-hour phone or video chat (Skype, Zoom, Google Meet) each month.  A LOT can get done in three months!
